This luxurious set of Rimini Vibrating Kegel Balls trainers offers 3 separate balls of graduated sizes that allow you to work your way up as your muscles strengthen. Includes a rechargeable Kegel ball with a battery-operated remote control, plus 2 regular (non-vibrating) love balls with moving weights inside that create a pleasant resonance while you practice. Start with the lightest weight, and gradually increase the weight.
To train, squeeze and hold the ball inside the vagina for 2 seconds, in sets of 10 or 20. Work your way up to a 5-second hold, and then a 10-second hold, and then switch to a smaller ball when you feel ready. For comfortable insertion, you can apply some water-based lubricant.
